paragraphs, which I regret have reached such length,
will convince you that it is not in the interests
of this commmity that the Ordinance should be
repealed. Should you still entertain a doubt on
the subject, I shall be obliged if you would defer
your final decision till I shall have had an
opportunity of discussing the matter with you
personally on my approaching visit to England.
